ST. PAUL, Minnesota, Sept. 30 -- Gov. Tim Walz, D-Minnesota, issued the following proclamation dated Oct. 1, 2023:
WHEREAS: Energy is a fundamental part of our everyday lives; and
WHEREAS: Programs that assist households with energy bill assistance are vital; and
WHEREAS: More than half of Minnesota's electricity came from carbon-free renewable resources in 2022; and
WHEREAS: Minnesota law requires 100% carbon-free electricity by 2040; and . . .
