UNC-Greensboro: New Evidence of Health Benefits From African Grain Teff

GREENSBORO, North Carolina, Sept. 26 (TNSres) -- The University of North Carolina Greensboro campus issued the following news:

Teff, a gluten-free grain historically grown in East Africa but increasingly available in the United States, seems to have antioxidant properties in human cells, say UNC Greensboro researchers.
