SALEM, Oregon, Sept. 29 -- The Oregon State Legislature issued the following news release on Sept. 28, 2023:
Today, Representative Lucetta Elmer (R-McMinnville) attended the bill signing ceremony for Oregon's new "Buy America" law which she Chief Sponsored. Representative Elmer worked alongside Chief Sponsors, House Speaker Dan Rayfield (D-Corvallis) and Representative Dacia Grayber (D-Tigard) during the 2023 long session to create this legislation.
