WASHINGTON, Sept. 29 -- Rep. C.A. 'Dutch' Ruppersberger, D-Maryland, issued the following news release:
A potential government shutdown will have disastrous consequences for Maryland, which is home to a disproportionate number of federal employees, contractors and troops, said Congressman C.A.
