DAYTON, Ohio, Sept. 28 -- The U.S. Attorney for the Southern District of Ohio, Kenneth L. Parker, issued the following news release:
A federal grand jury has indicted two area men with crimes related to running a drug trafficking operation out of a local home and business property.
Kevin Darnell Byrd, Jr., 38, of Dayton, and David Minor, 36, of Englewood, are charged in a narcotics conspiracy that is punishable by at least 10 years and up to life in prison and possessin . . .
