LINCOLN, Nebraska, Sept. 28 -- Nebraska Attorney General Mike Hilgers issued the following news release:
Attorney General Hilgers joined a coalition of 20 states in filing an amicus brief in the U.S. Supreme Court urging the Court to grant a writ of certiorari to review the Ninth Circuit's widely criticized decision in Johnson v. City of Grants Pass, which held that the Constitution includes an individual right to sleep and camp on sidewalks, playgrounds, and other public lands . . .
