WASHINGTON, Sept. 26 -- Rep. Tracey Mann, R-Kansas, issued the following news release:
WASHINGTON, D.C. - Today, President Biden vetoed S.J. Res. 9, which would have nullified his administration's rule listing the Northern Distinct Population Segment of the lesser prairie-chicken as threatened and the Southern Distinct Population Segment as endangered under the Endangered Species Act. Rep. Mann introduced this resolution in the U.S. House of Representatives.
