SACRAMENTO, California, Sept. 26 -- The U.S. Attorney for the Eastern District of California, Phillip A. Talbert, issued the following news release on Sept. 25, 2023:

Jeremy Michael Benner, 39, of San Diego, pleaded guilty today to unlawful dealing in firearms, U.S. Attorney Phillip A. Talbert announced.
