BRUNSWICK, Maine, Sept. 26 (TNSres) -- Bowdoin College issued the following news:
"What brings you to Vilnius?" asked Morgan Edwards '22. "I'm the former deputy secretary of state," said his lunch companion.
The man was one of many senior diplomats, politicians, and heads of state in attendance at the historic NATO summit, held in the Lithuanian capital in July.
"These were the sort of people you bumped into at the summit, . . .
