WASHINGTON, Sept. 23 -- The U.S. Attorney for the District of Columbia, Matthew M. Graves, issued the following news release on Sept. 22, 2023:
A criminal complaint, unsealed today, charges Raul Rivero, a/k/a Guillermo Raul DeRivero, 54, of Arlington, Virginia, and Dusan Dimic, 40, of Reston, Virginia, with possession with intent to distribute cocaine and conspiracy to possess with intent to distribute cocaine, announced U.S. Attorney Matthew M.
