EAST BOSTON, Massachusetts, Sept. 22 -- The Massachusetts Port Authority issued the following news on Sept. 21, 2023:
The Massachusetts Port Authority (Massport) Board of Directors today voted to designate Boston-based The Community Builders (TCB) and their team to develop the first mixed-income residential development project in the South Boston Waterfront. TCB has nearly 60 years of experience building housing.
