WASHINGTON, Sept. 22 -- Sen. Jon Tester, D-Montana, issued the following news release on Sept. 21, 2023:

Following years of work and collaboration between Montana ranchers, recreationists, loggers, mountain bikers, and business owners to craft his widely supported bill, U.S. Senator Jon Tester's Blackfoot-Clearwater Stewardship Act (BCSA) today passed through the Senate Committee on Environment and Natural Resources - setting up the legislation for a full Senate vote.
