ST. THOMAS, Virgin Islands, Sept. 22 -- The U.S. Virgin Islands legislature issued the following news release on Sept. 20, 2023:
The Committee on Rules and Judiciary, chaired by Senator Diane T. Capehart met at the Earle B. Ottley Legislative Hall. Lawmakers approved lease agreements between the Government of the Virgin Islands and various businesses on the island of St. Thomas. Additionally, lawmakers approved Fiscal Year 2024 budget bills for the Government of the Virgin Islands. . . .
