PITTSBURGH, Pennsylvania, Sept. 22 -- The U.S. Attorney for the Western District of Pennsylvania, Eric G. Olshan, issued the following news release on Sept. 21, 2023:

Maurice Brooks was convicted of committing fentanyl and cocaine trafficking crimes, United States Attorney Eric G. Olshan announced today.

Brooks, age 36 of Farrell, Pennsylvania, pled guilty before United States District Judge J. Nicholas Ranjan. Brooks pled guilty to (1) distributing fentanyl on May 2, 2 . . .
