COUNCIL BLUFFS, Iowa, Sept. 22 -- The U.S. Attorney for the Southern District of Iowa, Richard D. Westphal, issued the following news release:
An Omaha, Nebraska man was sentenced September 18, 2023 to 151 months in prison for Possession with Intent to Distribute Methamphetamine.
According to public court documents, Timothy James Monte, 58, was stopped for a traffic violation in November of 2022 in Council Bluffs. A search of Monte's vehicle resulted in the seizure . . .
