BOISE, Idaho, Sept. 21 -- Gov. Brad Little, R-Idaho, issued the following news release on Sept. 20, 2023:
Governor Brad Little has appointed Eric Fredericksen as State Public Defender to lead the newly created Office of the State Public Defender (SPD).
