ALBANY, New York, Sept. 21 -- Gov. Kathy Hochul, D-New York, issued the following news release on Sept. 20, 2023:
Governor Kathy Hochul today announced that work has begun on SutphinSenior Housing, an affordable and supportive housing development in the Jamaica neighborhood of Queens.
