WASHINGTON, Sept. 20 -- Sen. Jerry Moran, R-Kansas, issued the following news release:

WASHINGTON - The U.S. Senate unanimously passed a bipartisan resolution led by U.S. Senators Jerry Moran (R-Kan.) and Jon Tester (D-Mont.) - ranking member and chairman of the Senate Veterans' Affairs Committee - marking today, September 20th, as National Service Dog Day in honor of service dogs across the country.
