WASHINGTON, Sept. 20 -- The U.S. Department of Justice issued the following news release:
Chief engineer Denys Korotkiy of the vessel Donald was sentenced on Sept. 15 to serve twelve months and a day in prison after being convicted of conspiracy to obstruct justice, obstruction of justice and failure to maintain an accurate oil record book.
