Washington, DC - Today, on National Voter Registration Day, Congresswoman Kathy Manning (NC-06) joined every House Democrat in reintroducing the John R. Lewis Voter Rights Advancement Act, legislation to modernize and restore the full protections of the Voting Rights Act (VRA) of 1965 and safeguard American democracy.
