DECATUR, Illinois, Sept. 19 -- Millikin University issued the following news release:
A ceremonial groundbreaking was held on Millikin University's campus on Friday, Sept. 15 as the first step in construction of the new David J. and Debra C. Rathje Athletic Center which will benefit Big Blue student-athletes.
