Justice Dept.: Texas Man Pleads Guilty to Hate Crime Charges

WASHINGTON, Sept. 16 -- The U.S. Department of Justice issued the following news release on Sept. 14, 2023:

A Dallas man pleaded guilty today to federal hate crime charges arising out of a fatal shooting at a car repair shop.
