NEWARK, New Jersey, Sept. 15 -- The U.S. Justice Department's Drug Enforcement Administration's New Jersey Division issued the following news release on Sept. 14, 2023:

A Bronx, New York, man today admitted possessing fentanyl with intent to distribute and resisting his arrest with a deadly or dangerous weapon, Special Agent in Charge of the Drug Enforcement Administration's (DEA) New Jersey Division Cheryl Ortiz and U.S. Attorney Philip R. Sellinger announced.
