WASHINGTON, Sept. 14 -- Sen. Charles E. Grassley, R-Iowa, issued the following news release:
Sens. Chuck Grassley (R-Iowa) and Dick Durbin (D-IL), former and current chairman, respectively, of the Senate Judiciary Committee, reintroduced the Prohibiting Punishment of Acquitted Conduct Act of 2023.
