Washington, D.C. - Today, Representatives Jennifer McClellan (D-VA-04), Abigail Spanberger (D-VA-07), and Maria Salazar (R-FL-27) introduced bipartisan, bicameral legislation to designate September as National African Diaspora Heritage Month.
