DECORAH, Iowa, Sept. 14 -- Luther College issued the following news on Sept. 13, 2023:
Luther College and Vesterheim, the National Norwegian-American Museum and Folk Art School, will welcome Norway's Minister of Foreign Affairs, Anniken Huitfeldt, to Decorah this September.
