LANSING, Michigan, Sept. 14 -- Michigan Attorney General Dana Nessel issued the following news release on Sept. 13, 2023:
Today, Michigan Attorney General Dana Nessel has released a video announcing the official launch of the Address Confidentiality Program (ACP). The ACP was created to provide certain protections for victims of domestic violence, sexual assault, stalking, human trafficking, or those who fear that disclosure of their physical address will increase the risk of harm.< . . .
