ARLINGTON, Virginia, Sept. 13 -- The U.S. Trade and Development Agency issued the following news release:
The U.S. Trade and Development Agency (USTDA) announced that it has awarded a technical assistance grant to the Vietnam Air Traffic Management Corporation (VATM) to help enhance and upgrade air traffic management in Vietnamese airspace.
