TALLAHASSEE, Florida, Sept. 13 -- Gov. Ron DeSantis, R-Florida, issued the following news release on Sept. 12, 2023:
Today, Governor Ron DeSantis directed the Florida Department of Environmental Protection (DEP) to undertake the removal of storm debris from waterways in the Big Bend region following Hurricane Idalia.
