WILMINGTON, Delaware, Sept. 12 -- The U.S. Department of Labor issued the following news release:
The U.S. Department of Labor has entered into a conciliation agreement with Navient Corp. to resolve alleged hiring discrimination at three of its facilities in Indiana, Pennsylvania and Texas.
Headquartered in Wilmington, Navient services student loans for the U.S. Department of Education. The company's current student loan contract ends December 2023.
