BOONE, North Carolina, Sept. 9 -- Appalachian State University issued the following news:
Appalachian State University has welcomed 21,253 Mountaineer students for fall 2023 -- a historic enrollment for the university and a 4% increase since last fall. This year's class includes the largest first-year and online student populations to date and is the most diverse in App State's 124-year history, with 19% of the total population being racially and/or ethnically underreprese . . .
