CONCORD, New Hampshire, Sept. 9 -- The U.S. Attorney for the District of New Hampshire, Jane E. Young, issued the following news release on Sept. 8, 2023:
A New Hampshire charity pleaded guilty today in federal court to export offenses, U.S. Attorney Jane E. Young announces.
NuDay, a/k/a NuDay Syria, pleaded guilty to three counts of Failure to File Export Information. U.S. District Court Judge Joseph Laplante scheduled sentencing for December 28, 2023.
