LITTLE ROCK, Arkansas, Sept. 8 -- Arkansas Attorney General Tim Griffin issued the following statement on Sept. 7, 2023:

Attorney General Tim Griffin today announced that he filed a petition seeking review by the full United States Court of Appeals for the Eighth Circuit in Brandt v. Griffin, the litigation defending Act 626 of 2021, the Save Adolescents From Experimentation (SAFE) Act. After filing the petition, Griffin issued the following statement:
