WASHINGTON, Sept. 6 -- Sen. Susan M. Collins, R-Maine, issued the following news release:
Washington, D.C. - Today, U.S. Senators Susan Collins and Angus King announced that the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services (DHHS) has awarded Kennebec Valley Community Action Program (KVCAP) a total of $4,275,384 for its Head Start and Early Head Start Programs. The grants are being awarded through the DHHS Administration for Children and Families.
