SALEM, Oregon, Sept. 7 -- Gov. Tina Kotek, D-Oregon, issued the following news:
Governor Tina Kotek has declared a drought in Gilliam, Douglas and Lincoln Counties through Executive Order 23-20 and Executive Order 23-22, and directed state agencies to coordinate and prioritize assistance to the regions.
