WASHINGTON, Sept. 7 -- The Nuclear Regulatory Commission issued the following news release:
The Nuclear Regulatory Commission has selected David Rivard as the new senior resident inspector at the Catawba nuclear power plant. The plant, operated by Duke Energy, is located in York, South Carolina.
