SCRANTON, Pennsylvania, Aug. 31 -- The U.S. Attorney for the Middle District of Pennsylvania, Gerard M. Karam, issued the following release on Aug. 30, 2023:

The United States Attorney's Office for the Middle District of Pennsylvania announced that Charles Vincent Benincasa, age 40, of Kingston, Pennsylvania, was indicted yesterday by a federal grand jury with drug trafficking and firearms offenses.
