WASHINGTON, Aug. 30 -- The U.S. Department of Energy's Federal Energy Regulatory Commission issued the following statement on Aug. 29, 2023, by Commissioner James Danly on a decision (Docket No. CP95-35-000) involving EcoElectrica L.P.:
