GUADALUPE, California, Aug. 29 -- Rep. Salud Carbajal, D-California, issued the following news release on Aug. 28, 2023:
On Friday, Congressman Salud Carbajal joined Guadalupe Mayor Ariston Julian, Senator Monique Limon, and representatives from Housing Authority of the County of Santa Barbara for the groundbreaking of an affordable housing development in Guadalupe that was funded in part with federal dollars secured by his efforts in Congress.
