Congressman Patrick McHenry (NC-10) released the following statement after recently cosponsoring H.R. 5110, the Protecting Hunting Heritage and Education Act. This legislation will end the Biden Administration policy of withholding Elementary and Secondary Education Act (ESEA) funds from hunting and archery education programs nationwide.
