MADISON, Wisconsin, Aug. 25 -- The Wisconsin Department of Natural Resources issued the following news release on Aug. 24, 2023:
The Wisconsin Department of Natural Resources (DNR) today announced the village of Whiting is an applicant for funding through the Safe Drinking Water Loan Program (SDWLP) to address deficiencies in its public drinking water system. The project includes maintenance of a drinking water treatment plant off Elm Street and 7th Street in Whiting.
