Ala. U.S. Attorney: Mobile Man Sentenced to More Than Seven Years in Prison for Fraudulent PPP Loan Application and Fentanyl Distribution

MOBILE, Alabama, Aug. 24 -- The U.S. Attorney for the Southern District of Alabama, Sean P. Costello, issued the following news release:

A Mobile man was sentenced to a total of 85 months in prison for committing wire fraud in connection with a false PPP loan application and conspiring to distribute fentanyl while on federal pretrial release conditions.
