WASHINGTON, Aug. 19 -- Sen. Tim Kaine, D-Virginia, issued the following news release on Aug. 18, 2023:
Today, U.S. Senators Mark R. Warner and Tim Kaine (D-VA) announced the inclusion of key Virginia priorities in the Senate's Fiscal Year 2024 draft funding bills. All 12 bills were passed out of the Senate Appropriations Committee on a bipartisan basis.
