Acting United States Attorney Susan Lehr announced that Steven Garcia, 27, of Bellevue, Nebraska, was sentenced on August 17, 2023, in federal court in Omaha for conspiring to distribute and possess with intent to distribute five grams or more of actual methamphetamine.
