BOSTON, Massachusetts, Aug. 18 -- The Acting U.S. Attorney for the District of Massachusetts, Joshua S. Levy, issued the following news release on Aug. 17, 2023:

An Acton was sentenced today in federal court in Boston for conspiring to use stolen identities to fraudulently obtain disaster loan funds from the Small Business Administration (SBA) and to launder the funds.
