SACRAMENTO, California, Aug. 17 -- The U.S. Justice Department's Drug Enforcement Administration's San Francisco Division issued the following news release:
Kenneth O'Neil, 49, of Lodi, was sentenced today to six years and 10 months in prison for conspiracy to distribute and to possess with intent to distribute heroin, U.S. Attorney Phillip A. Talbert and Drug Enforcement Administration Special Agent in Charge Brian M. Clark announced.
