BOISE, Idaho, Aug. 17 -- Idaho Attorney General Raul R. Labrador issued the following news release:
Attorney General Labrador joined with 27 States led by West Virginia to file an amicus brief in the United States Supreme Court. Labrador called on the Court to grant certiorari in the case of Loper Bright Enterprises v. Raimondo and to correct an earlier decision in Chevron U.S.A., Inc. v.
