Rep. Robin Kelly Celebrates $45,000 AmeriCorps Award for Boys & Girls Club of Livingston County

PONTIAC, Illinois, Aug. 10 -- Rep. Robin Kelly, D-Illinois, issued the following news release:

Congresswoman Robin Kelly (IL-02) celebrated a $45,180 federal award to the Boys & Girls Club of Livingston County in Pontiac to support a new AmeriCorps VISTA project.

This investment will support up to two AmeriCorps VISTA members per year to help high school students in the county obtain employment or internships, promote financial literacy, and organize volunteer activ . . .
