WASHINGTON, Aug. 10 -- Rep. Greg Casar, D-Texas, issued the following news release and letter on Aug. 9, 2023:
Today, San Antonio Representatives Greg Casar (TX-35), Joaquin Castro (TX-20), Henry Cuellar (TX-28), and Tony Gonzales (TX-23) are calling on the United States Postal Service (USPS) to resume providing water for letter carriers on their routes.
