LANSING, Michigan, Aug. 8 -- Michigan Attorney General Dana Nessel issued the following news release:
Elena Popova, 62, Bloomfield Hills, who operates Absolute Elder Care, LLC in Bloomfield Hills has been fined $7,500 for continuing to operate an unlicensed adult foster care facility in violation of a court order and Michigan law, Michigan Attorney General Dana Nessel announced.
